Return Policy

Thank you for your purchase. If your item did not meet your expectations, we will gladly accept it as a return under these terms: Items eligible for return must be done within 14 days of delivered purchase(s) or in-store purchase. All jewelry & accessories (necklaces, chokers, bracelets, earrings, rings, scarves, hats, and belts) shoes, footwear, intimates (bras, bodysuits, swimwear, thongs etc.) club wear and semi-formal dresses are FINAL SALE and may not be returned or exchanged.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, unwashed, unaltered and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging and tags. Returns are processed under original method of payment.

Additional non-refundable, non-exchangeable items:
Gift cards Gift cards must be used for items at Bonita Clothing Boutique and will not be exchanged for cash.

Refunds (for store credit) or Exchanges of item(s):
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your store credit or exchange.
If you are approved, then your store credit or exchange will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to you via store credit certificate or an exchange. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Prior to purchasing:
If you still have questions or concerns regarding our store credit refund/exchange policy please contact us at prior to purchasing and we will get back to you within 12-24 hours.

Sale items:
Sale items cannot be returned for store credit or any type of exchange and are considered FINAL SALE.

Exchanges can be made within the 14 day return time frame from the date that your order was delivered to you. We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. Exchanges will be of equal value, if lesser value, then a store credit for the remaining balance will be given to you. If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed or emailed to you.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he or she will find out about your return.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you are eligible for an exchange/store credit, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary. However, we take pride on processing our merchandise QUICKLY and will usually ship items out every 10-12 hours.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
